Some of our clients have mentioned their on-boarding time to be almost 6 months and we believe this is not unlikely to be the case for many companies. We believe that if we spend some time considering how we attract applicants, targeting the right ones, we might be able to reduce the on-boarding time and have new colleagues producing 100% within half of the time.


For Relesys, it is not only hiring the best talent, it is also a great tool to communicate our corporate identity. We want to show who we are, what we do and how we cooperate internally in order to appeal to the talents within the specific position we are recruiting towards.


For instance, all of our interns will become a part of our School of Relesys. We always set individual goals and specific work task for each intern. The ones we cannot live without – we hire.
