Relesys is looking for a skilled and hands-on Client Success Manager with a customer focused mindset and strong project management skills, who can play a key role in supporting our customers and managing our amazing team in Copenhagen
We are on an ambitious growth journey, and we are now looking for a Client Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help scale up the business as well as develop and head up the Client Success Team in Copenhagen supporting our customers in the operations of their platforms.

You will be working from our beautiful HQ in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen
Your key responsibilities:
- Hire, coach and develop project managers and coordinators to the Client Success Team to ensure high performance and growth.
- Advocate for the best customer experience and be the guiding-light for your team on best practice.
- Own the entire customer journey for your clients with a deep understanding of their motivations, business drivers, strategic goals, and desired outcomes.
- Develop and carry out on detailed project plans to guide the clients through implementation, change management, adoption, and value realization, unlocking growth and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Become a product expert, advising your customers on how to best leverage our platform via best practices, for specific workflows, use cases, and learnings from other customers, etc.
- Assist the configuration of the client’s platform to support the client’s need and drive value for their organization
- Partner with the Client Success leadership team across Relesys to further refine the structure, systems, and resources to successfully support our clients
- Work closely with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Sales, Product and Development) to align priorities, collaborate on customer needs and opportunities, and deliver early and increasing value over time.
Who are you:
We are looking for a colleague with extensive experience and credibility within Project Management and Communication. You are a strong relationship builder with strong influencing skills. You understand how to engage others and create change & results through others.
- You have excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests
- You have a proven track record in working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and engaging effectively with senior executives on both technical and business topics
- You are Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience
- You are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a great understanding of the importance of a strong team
- You are an emphatic leader who cares and invests in the team and with proven ability to build, grow and manage highly performing team
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions
- You are fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written
- You have experience from the SaaS industry -a plus, but not a requirement
When do you start?
We are looking for a candidate to start around the 1st of December or as soon as possible hereafter, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
