We are looking for an experienced marketeer as our new Marketing Director managing our go-to-market strategy, efficiently generate quality leads, and drive revenue growth together with sales while building the Relesys brand globally
We are on an ambitious growth journey, and we are now looking for a Marketing Director to join our rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will help scale up the business as well as head-up Marketing supporting the future growth of Relesys.

You will be working from our beautiful HQ in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen
Your key responsibilities:
- Build our marketing team even stronger and lead your passionate marketing colleagues towards high-impact marketing results to reach revenue targets.
- Craft the right market positioning for us alongside with building a strong brand
- Execute and co-develop our go-to-market strategy with a relentless focus on growing our inbound lead and demand generation, and drive account-based marketing activities
- Carry out tracking and reporting to create transparency and guidelines for how to scale the marketing activities and spend even further
- Co-create product launch material that stresses value creation and benefits while supporting the overall market- and product positioning
- Ensure the right messaging across all marketing and sales activities
- Develop our inbound marketing strategy and build an effective funnel program on automated activities and best practice marketing programs
- Work in close tandem with sales with integrated go-to-market strategies and marketing activities like inbound- & account-based marketing
- Make sure that the sales team are up to date on how to communicate our value proposition and platform to different decisionmakers
- Lead the marketing team to build a strong culture, sense of ownership, and data-driven approach
What you have:
We are looking for a colleague with extensive marketing experience – preferably from a SaaS company. You are a strong leader with a great understanding of the entire company.
- You have a minimum of +5 years of experience with international marketing
- You have a minimum of +3 years of experience with marketing leadership
- Experience with product marketing, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, marketing operations, value proposition, etc.
- A proven track record of working with lead & demand generation, PPC, marketing automation, and website- & landing page optimization.
- Experience with working across marketing channels like social media, paid advertising, PR, webinars, events, etc.
- Experience with tracking and reporting across all marketing activities

- Fluency in English is a must
When do you start?
We are looking for a candidate to preferably start around the 1st of October or as soon as possible hereafter, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
