We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves to source, screen, and assess the best candidates for functions such as Marketing, Sales, Design, Client Success, and Development for our offices in Denmark, Sweden, and The Netherlands - and for the new markets that we have planned to expand to.

The role as Talent Acquisition Specialist is a new full-time role, which gives you the opportunity to set the direction for your work and Relesys as a company. You will be responsible for your own projects building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across different positions and work closely together with our Talent Acquisition Manager in doing so, who is very excited to meet you.

You will be working from our beautiful HQ in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Owning and managing multiple recruitment projects from A -> Z and across different profiles and nationalities.
  • Conducting efficient search&selection and screening calls to assess skill levels as well as organizational fit, and present and recommend candidates accordingly to management.
  • Conduct candidate interviews both digitally and in person.
  • Partnering with and advising hiring managers across all offices in aligning candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring that hiring managers are always fully informed and adhere to the process and work towards agreed hiring plans and role specifications.
  • Articulating our value proposition in a way that engages and motivates active and passive candidates to join us on this growth journey.
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication and ensuring a great candidate experience with timely feedback, managing each step in the hiring process, and fostering long-term relationships.

Who are you?

We believe this role is suited for someone who has worked with the whole recruitment process for some time and is used to working closely with hiring managers to find and hire great people. The person we are looking for has a passion for working with people and for delivering top candidate experience.

  • You consider yourself to be a responsible, positive, and proactive person, who loves to work with people.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are skilled in keeping a strategic overview and working efficiently.
  • You have a few years of experience with recruitment in a fast-paced environment – It is an advantage if you have experience with recruitment within a SaaS company.
  • You have hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experienced with using LinkedIn Recruiter as a search tool.
  • Strong collaboration and people skills - we're an international company with many different cultures.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
