Yes; we would not want you not to. Our world-class design team will completely design your app according to your organization’s brand identity. It’s customized to specifically suit your brand, meaning no two apps we create are alike. So, when you open your app, you will see your own company’s look and feel reflected back to you rather than a generic one-size-fits-all app.
Our app is modular in design, meaning you can pick and choose the packages that suit your company’s needs. All clients must have the Essentials package: this is the foundational structure of our platform.
From here you can choose one, two, or all three of our Pro Packages, which are more targeted in their features. Our Pro Packages are Communications Pro, Training Pro, and Operations Pro. We also offer additional add-ons to enhance your apps functionality. For larger corporations you can request a specific quote.
There is a two-step process during the creation of your app. Initially, you will be in the implementation process. Once the app has launched, a member of the Relations team will take over from the Implementations team and help with your needs. You will always be taken care of.
Absolutely. One of our Client Success team members will be assigned to your case as your own Project Manager. This will be your go-to contact person and they will hold meetings with you to ensure your platform is running perfectly and to its maximum potential. They will be your continuous contact person.
Yes;Â employees use their own devices. Feedback from our clients indicates that their employees are very engaged and even access the app outside of work hours or on the way to work. In fact, one of our clients stated their employees access the app twice as often as they do at work.

Yes, we can handle complex company structures. This is primarily based on user groups and company hierarchies. This is also how information can be targeted to specific groups or locations. Not only that, but we always try to find a solution to anything issue that may arise.
Yes, several of our clients have complex company structures. This includes companies with several different brands or locations under one umbrella. We can create a different app or front-page for each brand or location, while administrators can still send information to more than one brand at a time, or to the entire organization.
Our standard implementation process takes approximately 8weeks for the Essentials base. After this, each Pro Package has an additional two weeks added per package. This includes 2 weeks of testing to ensure the product fits the end-user.
Yes, you will receive training during the implementation process from our Implementation Team. They will guide you through how to use each facet of the platform. From then on, you will have your own ProjectManager who will be your go-to person to guide you on your app’s functioning.  We also have a support team to support you with any technical issues. They are available every weekday between 9am-5pm CET.
Yes, the success of targeted information is that specific content can be targeted to different groups. The app is built on your company hierarchy through ‘user groups’. These can be based on role, location, department, or any other criteria deemed necessary for your company.
Yes, we do have multi-branded apps. Administrators have the ability to push content to all parts of the company or to specific facets. Brands can also subscribe to different content from other brands under their company’s umbrella, picking and choosing what is most relevant to them.
Yes, we can differentiate the views depending on the role or department. Managers will have access to the manager overview and can oversee and track the areas they are responsible for, while employees will only have access to what is relevant to them.
Initially, all content will need to be added to the Platform to begin its functionalities. We will host content workshops with the app responsible during the implementation process.
Once all the foundational information deemed necessary for the app the function has been entered, specific content can be made by anyone.
News, handbooks, and content more integral to administrators can be made either via the app or the portal. Social content can be posted by anyone, directly in the app.
